Note: The values displayed here are based on DESE’s “In-District Expenditures per Pupil” values. We believe that these values are computed without taking into consideration the cost of the district’s employees’ benefits and insurance. And there may be other caveats that we should add. Even so, we think that this graph does a good job of showing the general trend, i.e. increasing expenditures over time.
